2. Products & pricing

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
• Images are illustrative; actual colour, size or pack may vary slightly.
• Availability of fresh vegetables, fruits and dairy depends on daily supply.
• We may limit quantities per customer for fair distribution.

3. Orders

An order is a request to purchase. Confirmation may be done by phone/WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or incomplete address/phone details.

4. Payments

Accepted methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive the order
• UPI — pay on delivery confirmation as shared by our team

5. Delivery

• Delivery fee of ₹40 applies on orders below ₹499.
• Orders ₹499 and above get free delivery in serviceable areas around Guntur.
• Please provide a correct phone number and landmark for smooth delivery.

6. Returns & quality

Perishable goods (vegetables, fruits, dairy, bakery) generally cannot be returned once accepted in good condition. If you receive damaged, spoiled or wrong items, contact us within a few hours of delivery with your order number and a photo — we will replace or refund as appropriate.

7. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information
• Be available to receive perishable orders promptly
• Do not misuse the website for fraudulent activity
